Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing an order. This policy applies to all purchases made through Tony Odisho Extensions.
What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?
In-Store Pickup
We offer FREE in-store pickup for all orders.
- Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Standard Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on qualifying orders:
- Consumers: Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- Licensed Professionals: Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping:
- Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $15.00
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $40.00
Order Processing
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:30 PM (CST) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM (CST), on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
Tony Odisho Extensions is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
