RETURN POLICY


We do not offer returns on products. Extensions may be exchanged for a different color within 2 weeks of purchase if the Tony Odisho swatch ring was used during consultation. Tony Odisho cannot guarantee the accuracy of swatch colors as they appear on screen due to variations in monitor settings. Due to Illinois state law and health regulations, products that have been opened cannot be exchanged.

Tony Odisho will gladly offer a replacement in the rare case of a manufacturer’s defect. Should you believe a product to be defective, please contact us at (773) 293-3625 within 3 weeks of purchase to begin a claim. For all heat tools, you have one year from the purchase date to make an exchange. Upon receiving the defective item, the product will be analyzed, and a suitable resolution will be administered. We cannot offer replacement product until the defective product is received.
